How will I know if my appointment is set up?
As a new patient, you will complete the quiz and select a preferred appointment time. You will get an email stating an appointment has been requested. You must also complete a medical history form and sign consents for care in our practice. Once these are completed a second email will come confirming your visit with a telehealth link within 2 business hours.
Generally, the time you chose will confirmed for your appointment, but occasionally our doctors are in the operating room and the time may need to be changed to a different time the same day if there is a delay.
How soon can I be seen?
We allow appointments to be booked starting 2 hours from request to give our staff time to arrange your appointment and inform our providers. If you request an appointment after 3 pm, we will confirm your appointment for the next day we will schedule first thing the next morning.
If you request an appointment outside of business hours, we review requests at 8 am and ensure you are seen as soon as possible.
If no appointment shows that it is available, and your request is during normal hours (8am to 3pm), please email help@UTIRescue.com and we will find a time to fit you in!
What are your operating hours:
Appointments are scheduled between 7:45 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday and 10-4 pm on the weekends. We hope to expand our hours as we grow.
We are available during holidays since bladder infections can hit at any time!

No, UTI Rescue does not prescribe or refill controlled substances. Our focus is rapid and accurate treatment of UTIs. While this can involve treating pain associated with an infection, we do not use controlled substances for bladder pain associated with UTIs.

What if I have other issues with my bladder (in addition to a UTI)?
The main goal of UTI rescue is to focus on rapid and accurate treatment of UTIs. Your provider may be able to direct you toward another doctor or medical source to treat other bladder issues, but we won’t be able to fully address these issues during your appointment. Any health issue that requires a physical exam will need to be taken care of in a different manner.
What is included in my subscription?
Your subscription gives you a consultation with a Urogynecologist to explore options to prevent future UTIs, access to same day and weekend appointments with a UTI expert during business hours, and the option to use at home urine tests that can be mailed by FedEx.
Is there an additional charge for follow up appointments?
If you have PPO insurance that our practice is contracted with, your typical co-pay will be applied (like a normal outpatient specialist visit). You can check to see if we take your insurance during the enrollment process! If we are not contracted with your insurance company and you would like to receive care, we have a cash rate of 75$ for follow up visits.
Will my telehealth appointment take place over a phone call or video call?
We use a video call with a service called Doxy.me. You will receive the link in your email when your visit is confirmed.
