2. Services Offered
UTI Rescue offers a scheduling service for patients who have bladder infections to access same day care and weekend availability from qualified providers.
Additionally, we offer recommendations for supplements, educational content, and organize 3rd party urine testing kits for infections.
3. User Account and Data
To engage our Services, registration is mandatory. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update such information to maintain its accuracy and completeness. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if these terms are violated. The data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
The Service shall not be used for any unlawful, invasive, infringing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to breaching or attempting to breach the security of the Service or using the Service to violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others.5. UTI Rescue uses subscription-based services for ongoing care with the Service. If the subscription has lapsed at the time of request for care, renewal for at least 3 months is required to re-access the Service.

UTI Rescue commits to reasonably safeguarding user privacy and personal information. However, the security of information transmitted through the internet cannot be guaranteed. Use of the Service is at your own risk although all data is maintained in compliance with HIPAA standards.
8. Service Availability
While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted Service operation or access to users. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of California. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.10. Third-Party Services
